My Story

My journey of transformation began nearly twenty years ago, but at the time, it didn’t feel like a beginning at all.

It felt like everything was falling apart.

A severe autoimmune diagnosis arrived without warning and completely changed the trajectory of my life. My body, which I had trusted and relied on without question, suddenly became unpredictable. I was exhausted, inflamed, confused, and searching for answers that didn’t seem to exist within the conventional system.

What I was offered were symptom-management strategies and long-term dependence on medications, but deep down, I knew there had to be another way. Something in me refused to accept that this was simply “how it would be now.”

That moment became a turning point.

What first appeared to be a health crisis slowly revealed itself as an initiation. An invitation to listen more deeply, not just to my symptoms, but to my body as a whole. To my nervous system. To my emotions. To the way I was living, relating, pushing, and ignoring my own limits.

Healing didn’t begin with a protocol.
It began with awareness.

I started exploring the inner landscape of my life alongside the physical one. Through yoga, meditation, and deep inner work, I began to understand that my body was not betraying me. It was communicating. And it was asking for alignment, not force.

At the same time, I immersed myself in understanding the physiology of healing. Functional Medicine opened a new lens, one that looked for root causes instead of labels. I learned how the gut, immune system, hormones, nervous system, and emotional health are not separate systems, but deeply interconnected.

As I began to work with my body instead of against it, everything started to change.

Within a year, my health transformed in ways that had once felt impossible. But just as importantly, my relationship with myself transformed too. I learned how to listen. How to slow down. How to respect the intelligence of my body and the signals it had been sending all along.

That experience changed me forever.

What followed was not a quick pivot into teaching or coaching, but a long period of exploration, study, and lived experience. I felt a deep pull to understand healing from every angle, not just intellectually, but energetically, emotionally, and culturally.

This path led me across the world.

I lived and learned in places like Costa Rica, Bali, and Peru, immersing myself in different ways of living, healing, and relating to the body and the natural world. I spent time studying with shamans in the Amazon, witnessing first-hand the power of ancient wisdom, ritual, and connection to nature in restoring balance and vitality.

Alongside these experiences, I pursued formal studies in Health Science, Functional Medicine, Qi Gong, and Holistic Nutrition. Over time, what emerged was not a single modality or belief system, but an integrated way of seeing the human being as a whole.

Body. Mind. Emotions. Energy. Environment.

I became deeply curious about what truly creates lasting change. Why some people heal and others stay stuck. Why the same protocols work for one person and fail another. And how much of healing depends not just on what we do, but on the conditions we live in and the relationship we have with ourselves.

This curiosity continues to guide my work today.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or rigid formulas. I don’t believe the body needs to be controlled, forced, or overridden. I believe it needs to be understood, supported, and respected.

Today, I guide others through their own healing journeys through 1:1 coaching, long-term mentorship, and transformational retreats. My work is deeply integrative, drawing from Functional Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Holistic Nutrition, and the psycho-emotional and energetic patterns that shape our health.

At the heart of everything I do is one simple truth:
The body is intelligent.
Healing is possible.
And freedom comes from learning how to live in alignment with who you truly are.

This work is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you were before your body had to adapt, compensate, or protect you.

And it’s a privilege to walk alongside those who are ready to begin that journey.
